Liability for content
The content of the pages of fitcare professional training (hereinafter referred to as "the provider") has been created with the utmost care. However, the provider cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, the provider is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with the GDPR and general law. However, as a service provider, the provider is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which the provider becomes aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, the provider will remove the relevant content immediately.
Liability for links
The provider's website contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content the provider has no influence. Therefore, the provider cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective operators of the linked websites are always responsible for their content. The linked websites were checked for possible legal violations at the time the links were created. Illegal content was not apparent at the time the links were created. However, continuous monitoring of the content of linked websites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of legal violations, the provider will remove such links immediately.
copyright
The content and works created by the respective website operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution, and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this page was not created by the provider as the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, the provider requests that you notify them accordingly. Upon notification of legal violations, the provider will remove such content immediately.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider fitcare professional training | Tobias Block on this website (hereinafter referred to as 'service').
Access data/server log files
The provider collects data about every access to the service (so-called server log files). Access data includes: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purposes of operation, security, and optimization of the service. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.
Cookies
When users access the website, one or more cookies are stored on their computer. A cookie is a small file containing a specific string of characters that uniquely identifies your browser. The provider uses cookies to improve the user experience and the quality of its service, for example, by saving user preferences. Cookies do not harm users' computers and do not contain viruses. The website can also be used without cookies. Users can disable the storage of cookies in their browser, restrict it to certain websites, or configure their browser to notify them before a cookie is stored. You can delete cookies from your computer's hard drive at any time using your browser's privacy settings. In this case, the functionality and user-friendliness of the website may be limited.
Cookies and access statistics reports
We use session cookies from VG Wort, Munich, to measure access to texts in order to determine the likelihood of copying. Session cookies are small units of information that a provider stores in the visitor's computer's memory. A session cookie contains a randomly generated, unique identification number, a so-called session ID. It also contains information about its origin and its expiration date. Session cookies cannot store any other data. These measurements are carried out by INFOnline GmbH using the Scalable Central Measurement (SZM) method. They help determine the likelihood of individual texts being copied for the purpose of compensating authors and publishers for their legal claims. We do not collect any personal data via cookies.
Many of our pages contain JavaScript calls that report access to the collecting society VG Wort. This allows our authors to participate in VG Wort's distributions, which ensure the statutory remuneration for the use of copyrighted works in accordance with Section 53 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).
Privacy policy for the use of the Scalable Central Measurement Method
Our website and mobile web services use the "Scalable Central Measurement Method" (SZM) of Kantar Germany GmbH to determine statistical parameters for calculating the probability of texts being copied.
Anonymous measurement data is collected. To recognize computer systems, the access statistics measurement uses either a session cookie or a signature generated from various automatically transmitted information from your browser. IP addresses are processed only in anonymized form.
The process was developed with data protection in mind. Its sole purpose is to determine the likelihood of individual texts being copied. Individual users are never identified. Their identity always remains protected. You will not receive any advertising through this system.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e., information that can be traced back to an individual. This includes name, email address, telephone number, and IP address. The provider only collects, uses, and shares personal data if this is legally permitted or if users consent to the data collection.
Contact
When contacting the provider (for example via contact form or email), the user's information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case follow-up questions arise.
Contract data
The data entered during the contract conclusion process will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Users may be informed by email about offer- or contract-related information, such as changes to the scope of the offer or contract details. The data collected is visible in the input form during the contract conclusion process. This includes title, first name, last name, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, date of birth, and address. Furthermore, users have the option to voluntarily choose how they wish to be contacted.
Will my personal data be shared with third parties?
No, your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
How is my data protected against misuse?
The provider protects its website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, alteration, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons through current technical and organizational measures. You should always keep your login information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with the provider, especially if you share the computer with others.
How can I have my personal data corrected, blocked, or deleted?
Users have the right to request, free of charge, information about their personal data stored by us. Users also have the right to correct inaccurate data, and to block or delete their personal data, provided this does not conflict with any legal retention requirements. Please contact us directly by email to [email address/contact information]. datenschutz@fitcare.training.
Integration of third-party services and content
It is possible that third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this online service. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the users' IP addresses. Without the IP address, they would be unable to send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying this content. The provider endeavors to use only content from providers who use the IP address solely for delivering the content. However, the provider has no control over whether third-party providers store the IP address for other purposes, such as statistical analysis. To the extent that the provider is aware of such practices, they will inform users accordingly.

The information stored in the cookie can be recorded, collected, and analyzed by Google Inc. or third parties. Furthermore, Google AdSense also uses so-called “web beacons” (small, invisible graphics) to collect information. These web beacons allow simple actions, such as website traffic, to be recorded, collected, and analyzed. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon about your use of this website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google uses this information to analyze your usage patterns in relation to the AdSense ads. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law, or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive and the display of web beacons. To do this, you must select “do not accept cookies” in your browser settings (in Internet Explorer under “Tools / Internet Options / Privacy / Settings”, in Firefox under “Tools / Options / Privacy / Cookies”).

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Your browser may store a cookie sent by Google Inc. or a third party that enables analysis of your use of this website. The information collected in this way (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by selecting “do not accept cookies” in your browser settings (in Internet Explorer under “Tools / Internet Options / Privacy / Settings”, in Firefox under “Tools / Options / Privacy / Cookies”). Please note that in this case, you may not be able to fully utilize all the functions of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
