My sports medicine training work is all about providing individual solutions to ensure your health and personal well-being. Modern technology, regular training and keeping an eye on current developments are a matter of course for me.
My profile is rounded off by: years of experience in various areas of (competitive) sports, work in various medical fields and a large circle of satisfied private clients and companies as well as practices, clinics and studios in Germany and Austria.
I was born 1973 in the Lüneburg Heath and grew up in Freiburg in Breisgau. After my active sports career up to the national swimming squad, I completed the coaching training of the German Olympic Sports Confederation in the German Swimming Association with the A license. At the same time, I laid the foundation for my current work by studying human medicine in Kiel and further training there to become a sports medicine doctor, as well as further studying journalism and moderation in Hamburg.
As a former competitive swimmer, I now work as a sports doctor, personal trainer and lecturer specifically with people who want to actively stabilize and improve their quality of life. I will work with you to define your personal health and training goals and accompany, support and motivate you in achieving these goals!
I primarily work with private individuals. I am also a cooperation partner of Technogym Germany (as master trainer), Hapag-Lloyd Cruises & TUI Cruises (as a master trainer & health lecturer) as well as companies in private and corporate health management.
In addition to primary prevention as health maintenance / Injury prevention is also my goal to get to know patients after injuries or with chronic illnesses during my initial sports medicine consultation & trial training (one-time free). I will then take you by the hand with my practical sports, sports science and sports medicine know-how and motivate you to constantly exercise effectively.
